We know that identity formation is important in determining whether learners succeed in postgraduate exams but also in terms of integration into any team.
We will consider socio-cultural differences, including neurodiversity, with a focus on language. We will think about the effects these differences can have on the educator - learner relationship and how to challenge assumptions, in order to create learning environments that harness the strengths of diversity.
