Understand the ways in which socio-cultural aspects of language can affect learners and may disadvantage particular groups (e.g. those with English as a second language, those who are from socially deprived backgrounds and those with neurodivergence)

Understand the effects of stereotype bias and how to mitigate against it

Have a chance to consider identity formation and the importance of inclusion; as well as ways in which to improve this in your workplace
