The below sets out the purpose of this short survey, including: what personal information we are collecting, why we are collecting it, what it will be used for and who it will be shared with.
What data are we collecting?
Your name, email address, telephone number, region, employer, job role, previous experience, equality and diversity training status, Qpercom VIDS training status and availability for the interview/evidence verification dates.
Demographic information is also being collected as part of the recruitment process. This information is being collected in order to reduce the risk of any bias, including unconscious bias, when recruitment offices organise interview panels. Data collected will be used for equality and diversity monitoring purposes.
Why are we collecting this data?
The Midlands Recruitment Office needs to identify the availability of panel members for interviews.
What will the data be used for?
The data collated will be used to inform the Midlands Recruitment Office of panel member availability, possible pairings of panel members and to provide a means of contacting panel members about the interviews.
Who will the data be shared with?
Your responses will be shared with administrative staff, lay representatives and other panel members involved in the recruitment process.
