This half-day virtually facilitated workshop is targeted at doctors and dentists in training who are transitioning back to work after a period away from training, which may be causing increased levels of anxiety and stress. 

The workshop is drawn from the evidence-based neuroscience and positive psychology of effective transformational change developed by Shirzad Chamine and his Positive Intelligence team.

Learning objectives 
• Learn how to intercept and disrupt unhelpful negative thinking, procrastination, excessive worry and limiting beliefs.  
• Learn simple and effective strategies that can be used, in real time and busy work environments, to manage your stress and enhance your overall wellbeing.  
• Learn how to strengthen existing mental muscles and build new ones to take positive action.  
• Have the opportunity to try simple quick techniques that can help increase your sense of control over your mental & physical health.
