Please note, by registering using this form, you are CONFIRMING your attendance at attend the Portfolio Shortlisting Day taking place on: Monday 15th January 2024 in person at: 10 South Colonnade, Canary Wharf, London, E14 4PU. ***Important to note that we can only accept NHS Consultants who are on the specialist register for General Surgery**** We will be setting up from 8.30am (with tea and coffee available on arrival) for a 9.30am start and will aim to finish at 17.00pm *** Important to note that current senior trainees/Junior doctors cannot take part in the shortlisting process *** Thank you in advance for your help
